When I was checking on my jewelry box, I realized that I have realized that I have several jewelries! To think that I had used some of it only once! Therefore, I decided to sell jewelry, at least some that I can no more use. I planned to sell it for a cause so I donated the amount from the sale to a certain foundation. It greatly gave me a very satisfying and nice feeling. Thanks to this jeweler!

I learned about this jeweler online and I contacted it to inquire. When I let them appraise the amount for my jewelries, I was surprised that it is very near to its original price. So I decided to sell more. I sell old gold also in this site. Those were the old gold coins that I had also found in my old jewelry box. And then I donated it again to a certain foundation. It was a very nice experience because I believe that I can help at the same time as I get to use my assets for a great cause!

My mother’s friend was confined in the hospital and needed to be operated.  She had a large cyst on her liver and it should be removed immediately.  However, the procedure was expensive.  They did not have the amount for the operation.

The minister in our congregation had suggested passing a hat around.  I wanted to help but since my salary is not yet released two weeks from them, I knew selling gold jewelry was an option.  I knew of a jeweler that paid thrice as much as their competitor.  I had tried them once and was very satisfied of their service.  I also involved my parents in the act of kindness I could think of.  They had old jewelries so I told them to use it to save a life.

With selling old gold to the trusted jeweler I was able to come up with the amount which my mother’s friend needed to have the surgery.  It was added to the money that the congregation had given.  My friend was so thankful and asked how I did it.  I told her about the jeweler online.  She would try it too if the need arose.

Lora and I had been taking off the clutters in our closet when we discovered some broken gold pieces in our drawer. There was some old jewelry, bracelets that have long been missing. And now, after years of forgetting about them, they finally reappeared! Lora, my younger sister who used to borrow jewelry from my mom (and never returned them, so this is where they went!) felt really bad when she saw these pieces. We showed them to mom and the three of us just looked at it and said, “Well, they wouldn’t be of use to us now.” It was such a pity because those were really beautiful jewelries. The three of us decided to sell old gold and, hopefully, get some value out of them.

We found an online store to sell old gold, and we were surprised! The mass and the quality of this old gold was enough for us to buy a new set! The three of us were really happy. Lora and I decided to buy mom a new set in return for the ones we’ve sold. Mom was really happy. Of course, she warned us again about borrowing jewelry—we have to make sure we return it back before it rusts and fades again! But if it did so, we’ve got a store to sell jewelry  anyway.

I have been becoming more interested in possibly selling old jewelry for some extra cash. The price of gold has gone up quite a bit and I think that since pretty much everything that I have in my old jewelry box, I do not wear, I should make some money of it. My mother seems to think that I should hang on to every piece of jewelry that I ever had and give it to my daughters when they are older, like she did. I cannot imagine that my girls would want any of my old stuff, or my mothers or grandmothers for that matter.

I know that with the price of gold, there are lots of people that have been selling old jewelry lately because the price of gold could go down at any time. Then we would all be stuck with old ugly outdated pieces that are just quite worthless.

I think that the next time that I decide to sell old jewelry; I will not let my mother know about it. It is not like she really needs to know what I am doing anyway. If I want to sell old jewelry that belongs to me, then I think that I am old enough to make that decision.

There has this fear or some sort of awkward feeling when you hear the words skull and evil eye. It might refer to the darker side or being evil, as everybody perceived it to be. However, this notion is all created in the mind. It is just people are making these meanings or relationship between these words to being evil or just plain and simple evil. The mind has its capability to make this fear with these words even if they are harmless. A word, in simple parlance is just group of letters put together. It is the mind that has created meanings with a certain word. 

When you read skull, which pertains to death and evil eye, pertains to evil, then what these words might do to you when you read them? Nothing! These are all words, but to give it a twist turn these words associated with certain objects or items, now these words have symbols. Does it convey being harmful? Still it does not. These are just things mere products of the hands of man and nothing is harmful to that. There are some people who have the guts to wear these so-called symbols as fashion accessories. They were normal and no harm was done to them.
The skull jewelry and evil eye jewelry are the designs of fashion accessories that teenagers wear or some expressive individuals. Skull earrings and skull rings are few of the items that we rarely see but when we see a person wearing a certain judgment will pop up into our minds. An instant judgment to the person, he might be evil or weird.

These fashion accessories have nothing to do with being evil or in the dark side. A man is evil because of the circumstances in his life that leads him to be one not because he is wearing a skull jewelry or evil eye jewelry.
