My friend, Sue have been working in a hotel for a year now as a part time job, just enough to add some more allowance to her schooling.  She’s taking up fine arts yet the art supplies sometimes costs much that her monthly allowance from her parents isn’t enough. She found a job as a chambermaid to a local suite. When I talk to her about this, she tells me how she didn’t like the job at first because the hotel doesn’t seem special, until she heard that they are using environmental products, and for her, that’s a good thing. An advocate of nature; she has been using her arts to promote the preserving of the earth. So now, upon learning that they use products with no toxins, she liked her work more than before.  

The cleaning products they use; from detergents, soaps, tissues, and other materials. All of them are eco-friendly. When I visited her during break time, she shows me around. She told me that she may not be making a big money out of her part time job; but it is a work she cherishes. Not only she gains a new experience, meets new people, but she is keeping herself busy with a work that does not contribute to harming the world.
