My only way of paying for the new plumbing fixtures that I need in our building, is by having a sale of all the junk that is in the basement. I know that we have lots of old furniture and computer and office equipment just sitting down there collecting dirt. I have received many complaints from our tenants, about the plumbing fixtures, over the past four months, and having to replace them is inevitable.

The sale of the basement stuff is planned for the first Saturday of next month. I am hoping to make enough money to buy some waterfree urinal packages. I think that if you buy four of them, the fifth one is free. It sounds like a great deal to me, but I have to make the money before I can spend the money.

I have advertised the sale in every publication that is free to place ads in. I even made up some flyers to take around to the neighborhood and hang up. I am going to have to make sure that lots of people show up, so that we sell lots of items and make lots of money to be able to get the best waterfree urinal package that there is.
